In Greece we ship for free regardless of amount of order.

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and major public holidays. ANCIENT KALLOS shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond our control.
When your order has been shipped you receive an e-mail with your shipping invoice number and a link so that you can follow the state of your order in the courier used to deliver it. Please make sure that there will be someone to pick it up and sign upon delivery of your order. If you do not pick up your order it will be returned to us after a week. In this case, there will be return costs.
If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, the products may be returned within 21 days from the date of the delivery of your order and you can choose between exchanging the product or having your money returned. In order for us to accept the return, all the products must be in excellent condition and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to deny the return if we discover that the products are not in their initial condition even though their labels might still be intact. The product must also be accompanied by the receipt of its purchase by our official site.
Finally, in case the client chooses to have his/her money returned and the initial order was eligible for free shipping, meaning that the product had be sent without shipping charges to the customer, the initial cost of shipping or any other that might be incurred by the return of the product will be withheld from the amount of money returned.
Issue of credit voucher
In the case where products have being returned (after the process has been fulfilled according to the “Policy of Return” ), a new code (refund code) will be issued in the form of a voucher which can be used within the period of 6 months. Upon usage of the voucher, the delivery of the new product is registered as a new order and thus all charges and relative descriptions are valid under the “shipping policy”.
Exchange of Product.
The products may be exchanged for any available different size or type of product.

After the process of such exchange with any other similar product, the delivery of the latter is subscribed as a new order and thus all charges and specifications are the same ones described in the “shopping policy section”.
Return of Money.
Money returns can be expected within 5 work days from the moment the returned merchandise is received and checked. Money returns can be made only in the initial credit card, PayPal or bank account that was used to pay for the order. The time required to process the transaction varies depending on the bank and the kind of credit card.

A) Exchange of Product (Change it with another product or a different size.)
B) Get a Credit Voucher (you can redeem the voucher 6 months after its issue)

2) After you make sure that your product’s condition meets all the requirements described to our Return Policy, place it gently into its initial package with the invoice of your payment. (Tags attached, no sign of use, no flows or damaged, etc.)
*IMPORTANT NOTE: We suggest you to use a cover plastic bag to keep the package box intact until the receipt of the parcel. We carry no responsibility in case your product suffers any damage during its transportation and we have every right to refuse the return of the product if it doesn’t meet the requirement according to our Return Policy.
3) Held together with this document, you will find the shipping label which must be placed at the upper outer side of the package or given to the DHL/ACS courier at the time of the pickup. (Shipping label should not be placed inside the package).
4) In order to complete your return and proceed to any of the possible options give, the amount corresponding to the return cost according to the table below must be paid by the customer.

5) As soon as the product passes the quality check and we confirm your payment we will proceed to the corresponding option based to which you have chosen to do with your return.
